Real estate photography pricing in Phoenix typically ranges from $150 to $500+ depending on property size, services, and add-ons like drone photography or 3D tours. At Danny Ivan Media, pricing is based on square footage and the specific media package needed to best showcase your listing. 

Most common are condos under 999 square feet costing $150 for just photos. 

1,000 - 1,999 square foot homes for $180 and the bundle that includes Zillow 3D tours and Drone photos for $280. 

2,000 - 2,999 square foot homes for $210 and the bundle that includes Zillow 3D tours and Drone photos for $310.

3,000 - 3,999 square foot homes for $250 and the bundle that includes Zillow 3D tours and Drone photos for $350.

 We do require payment before the session to confirm your booking and avoid scheduling conflicts. Once payment is received, your session is officially locked in!  Note - once you are committed, there are no refunds. 

You may reschedule your session at no additional cost if requested at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled start time. Once the photographer has departed for your session location, rescheduling no longer available. 

Images will be delivered through an online gallery provided by Danny Ivan Media/dannyivanmedia.com or other means requested. Our business is committed to providing a 24-hour turnaround time to ensure fast and efficient service for our customers. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause slight delays. We always strive to communicate promptly and work diligently to resolve any issues to meet our customers' expectations. 

Yes, proper preparation is essential for the best results. Homes should be clean, decluttered, and staged before the photographer arrives. This includes removing personal items, turning on all lights, turning off all ceiling fans, window blinds open, and ensuring the property is show-ready. 

Yes, we provide photography for Airbnb and short-term rental listings. High-quality images help increase bookings, improve listing performance, and attract higher-paying guests. Bookings are treated like any other real estate photography service. 

Yes, there is an "A La Carte" section where you can select individual services such as drone photos, 3D Tours, Video services, and more.

Yes - it will be a custom order treated like the Zillow 3D Tours purchased in your services plus $10. 

Yes, the discounts included are for multiple bookings on the same day.

If you order 2 bookings for the same day, the overall discount is 10% off.

If you order 3 bookings for the same day, the overall discount is 20% off.

If you order 4 bookings for the same day, the overall discount is 30% off.

4 is the maximum at this moment. Contact us to receive this custom order. 

Currently, I offer discounts through email or added services for a discounted rate. 

Military Veterans receive a 10% discount on any service and can be applied to multiple same-day booking discounts as well. As a fellow veteran, I am happy to assist fellow veterans.

I provide 3D rendered virtual staging services for $5 per photo request. If you order a bundle package, you may receive up to two free 3D rendered virtual staging services. 

I provide photoshopped rendered twilight services for $5 per photo request. If you order a bundle package, you may receive up to two free photoshopped rendered twilight services.
